Once we’ve installed, commissioned, and certified your system is working perfectly, in line with British Standards, we’ll advise what your planned maintenance programme should be carried out. This will be in line with British Standards and the manufacturer’s recommendations, typically once, twice, or four times a year.
For those emergencies when your control panel is in fault or fire, or possibly a part has been knocked or damaged, we are here to help 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We take emergency callouts very seriously and always strive to have an engineer on your premises within 4 hours of receiving your call.
